Suzuki to introduce a new Kizashi at the New York Auto Show

Although the new Kizashi has kind of established Suzuki as a carmaker who can make a D-segment car with a reasonable degree of finesse, the new car hasn’t really met any great successs in the European and American market. Suzuki isn’t willing to give up just yet though, and seems to be committed to improving the car with time. Working towards the goal, the company plans to introduce a new version of the sedan at the upcoming New York Auto Show. The company says it plans to take the Kizashi to ‘the next level’ with the new version.

No details have been divulged about the new version of the Kizashi, but we can expect some visual changes for sure, if not any mechanical alterations.

Suzuki has also once showcased a turbocharged version of the Kizashi (same 2.4 liter engine), which boasted 294 PS). The car also featured a rear spoiler, sporty suspension and 19 inch alloys. There are chances that the new Kizashi may somewhat be bent towards the specifics mentioned above.

Apart from the Kizashi, Suzuki will display another new model at the show, the details on which have not thus been divulged.
