As we have been telling our readers, the Maruti SX4 C segment sedan that we have in Indian car market is actually based on a big hatchback that is on sale in many international car markets like that of Japan, Hungary, Italy, Australia, China, etc. The Chinese car market gets both the sedan and hatchback body styles and the SX4 has been clocking respectable sales in our neighboring country.
While the China spec 2013 Suzuki SX4 sedan facelift was unveiled sometime back, what we have here is a pic of the visually updated 2013 Suzuki SX4 hatchback that will soon go on sale in Chinese car market.
The 5-dr SX4 facelift gets new headlamps, new front grill, revised front bumper and new fog lamps. Other changes include new design alloy wheels and a revised taillamps cluster.
Powering the 5-dr SX4 facelift are the same 1.6L and 1.8L engines that power the current car. It is pretty much for sure that we won’t get the new front fascia for India spec SX4 Sedan. Nonetheless, what do you have to say about the new look SX4?
