Seen here on this page are a handful of new Mahindra XUV500 Sportz images, which surfaced on the web world earlier today. The upcoming Mahindra XUV500 Sportz special edition model goes on sale next month and comes with slight cosmetic enhancements to make it all the more appealing to prospect SUV buyers in India.
The XUV500 Sportz boasts of stickers on the bonnet, roof, roofrails, side mirrors, door pads, seat upholstery, steering wheel, door bases, wheel caps and the registration plate applique. Other than this sticker job, the upcoming model doesn’t seem to boast of any updates/changes whatsoever, when compared to the regular model.
It may be noted that in the INR 10 lakh plus price segment, the Mahindra XUV500 is the best selling SUV in the country, with an averaged monthly sale of 3,200 units. With the addition of the new Mahindra XUV500 Sportz variant, this sales number is expected to head northwards. Also on the cards are two more variants of this high selling SUV- a hybrid and an automatic. However, neither of these are likely to be launched this year.
