British luxury car maker Jaguar will soon venture into the crossover segment of vehicles with the introduction of the F-Pace. C-X17 concept based crossover, the Jaguar F-Pace was spotted doing the test runs in the snowy Northern Sweden and the images indicate that the model is nearing its production stages. The F-Pace is expected to be launched 2016.
The latest spy images of this upcoming crossover were reported by automotive website Autoevolution.
Jaguar claims that the F-Pace will be a mix of class-leading interior space and exceptional on-road dynamics with five-seat usability to produce a true performance crossover. The technical specifications of the vehicle are still unknown but expect to see the new family of Ingenium 2-liter turbo engines. The F-Pace will likely receive aluminum platform, the same one that is found on the XE while the overall length is expected to be around 4.7 meters.
