  • Further to what Sriram has written about the Hayabusa, I’d like to mention what I had read in a book on motorcycles. It seems before the ‘busa was launched in 2002, the fastest street motorcycle till then was the Honda Blackbird. The Hayabusa hit 200 mph! (320 kmph). In the Japanese language hayabusa means peregrine falcon. In Nature, the hayabusas feed on the slower flying blackbirds!!!
