United Motorcycles (UM) is a Miami based motorcycle maker that started business in the 2000s and presented the Renegade Cruiser line up at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo. It is expected that the Renegade Commando would be the first of these three motorcycles to go on sale here. It is being said that the UM Renegade Commando Price in India, along with that of the Renegade Commando Limited Edition, would be pegged at around INR 1.5 lakhs.
Powering the Renegade Commando is a 223cc, single cylinder engine that has a max power of 18bhp. This is the same engine that also powers the UM Hypersport that we’ve mentioned about at the beginning of this story. The Renegade Commando will be joined by an entry level model at a later stage. This model, dubbed as the UM Renegade Sport, could be priced around INR 75000. The Renegade Sport has a max power of less than 16bhp.

i am from bangalore, we are waiting for the launching of Renegade Cammando. i read the above comments about the requirements of spare parts, responsive services and adequate service centers and avilability of fast delivery. if the company ensure these four things.. sure it will make a new history in indian market.
Even though a bike of this kind is very urgently needed in India (thanks to the apathy of the current bike makers in India. We have practically nothing other than the Avenger and the tractor like bullets), initially it will be received with a lot of scepticism. The onus will be on the company to win the goodwill of the people through the quality of their product and the availability of adequate service centers and spare parts. If the company ensures these three things they are sure to bring about a revolution in the history of Indian bikes.
the bikes are good, but as i read about the technology, its not very satisfactory. i hope that before entering india they must make reliable engines with good service and should not be troubling the costumers with the spares, the renegade sport is a very beautiful bike, all i suggest to the company is to work on the engines and make it better technology rather then buying chinese engines.
