Present at the launch event of the Renault Koleos facelift was Bollywood super star Salman Khan, who also became the first owner of the new model. The key to the Koleos facelift was handed over to Salman by Mr. Sumit Sawhney- Country CEO and Managing Director, Renault in India to Mr. Salman Khan at the recently held award function.
On this occasion, Mr. Sumit Sawhney, Country CEO and Managing Director- Renault in India said,“I am glad that Mr. Salman Khan is the first owner of the All New Koleos. The New Koleos dawns all the attributes of Mr. Salman Khan as the vehicle is adventurous and sophisticated, guaranteed to turn heads with its presence and performance.”
The new Renault Koleos facelift prices in India are as follows-
- 4×2 MT – 22.36 lakhs INR
- 4×4 MT – 25.19 lakhs INR
- 4×4 AT – 26.25 lakhs INR
Powering the new Koleos 4×4 variants is an upgraded 2.0 liter diesel engine, which develops 171 bhp of max power and 36.7 kgm of peak torque. This engine will be mated to a 6 speed manual and a 6 speed automatic transmission.
New Renault Koleos facelift ARAI rated fuel efficiency is as follows:
- 4×2 MT – 17.5 kmpl
- 4×4 MT – 16.26 kmpl
- 4×4 AT – 14.56 kmpl
New Renault Koleos facelift 0-100 timings are as follows:
- 4×2 MT – 11.5 secs
- 4×4 MT – 9.9 secs
- 4×4 AT – 11.9 secs
