The Renault-Nissan Alliance today announced the appointment of Mr. Christophe Dalby as Director HR for Renault-Nissan in India. With effect from August 01 2013, Christophe Dalby, currently General Manager Talent Management and Executive Development at Renault will take charge as HR Director Renault-Nissan India. Christophe DALBY will be responsible for all HR operations in India to ensure the best-of-class effectiveness and efficiency of HR delivery and to optimize Renault-Nissan HR Synergies for India operations.
Mr. Dalby will be based in RNTBCI, Chennai and will hierarchically report to Danny Griffiths, VP Human Resources & Chief Security Officer AMIE and to Dominique Dumoulin, Renault Asia-Pacific HR VP, and functionally to Marc Nassif, Country Managing Director for Renault in India and to Kenichiro Yomura, President Nissan India Operations and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Dalby comes to Renault-Nissan India with a rich and extensive background in talent management and executive development based out of Europe. Prior to his stint with Renault as General Manager Talent Management and Executive Development at Renault, he was Director Talent Management, Recruitment and Training at Nissan International SA (January 2006 – December 2011), Director Human Resources at Nissan France SA (September 2001 – December 2005) and Manager International Human Resources at Renault SAS (January 1998 – August 2001) in his previous stints with the Alliance partner companies. Mr. Dalby has a Masters Degree from ESCP-EAP (GE) in Human Resources.
