Renault India Announces Three-Day-Long Service Camp

Renault India has announced the commencement of a nationwide Republic Day Celebration Camp for its customers. As part of the national celebration, a three-day-long ‘Service Camp’ has commenced on Jan 27 and will end on Jan 29th at all Renault service facilities across India. The objective of organizing the Republic Day Celebration Camp is to ensure optimal performance of the cars.

Trained and well-qualified service technicians are dedicated to providing the care and expert attention that is needed for the cars. The service camp offers Renault owners a car check-up as per the guidelines stipulated by Renault India enabling a detailed examination of all key functions of the car. As a part of this service camp, customers get a complimentary and comprehensive service car checkup from Renault India’s team of expert technicians and a host of additional benefits. They can avail a host of offers including 15% discount on Labour & Value-Added Services, 10% discount on select parts and accessories, 10% discount on Roadside Assistance (RSA) enrolment and complimentary car top wash. In addition to these comprehensive car check-up facilities, interesting customer engagement activities will be organized at the workshops.

While expanding the product portfolio will be pivotal as part of Renault’s long-term commitment to India, Renault wishes to carve a niche for itself by making after-sales and service experience a key differentiator in the Indian automobile landscape. The carmaker is about to introduce BS-VI compliant engines in the Kwid, while the Triber has already been launched with one, with prices starting at INR 4.99 lakh. The updates to the 1.0-litre engine on the Triber has resulted in a price hike of Rs 4,000 for the base variant and Rs 15,000 for all other variants.

The Triber could benefit from a turbocharged 1.0-litre petrol motor, later in the year. The French manufacturer is also said to be working on a new compact SUV, which will be introduced in the coming months. This new vehicle could be shared with Nissan India, which has only yesterday announced that a new compact SUV with a Nissan badge will be introduced in India this year.
