The city of Chennai is slowly returning to normalcy after a whole week of excessive rains and floods. The Nissan workshops in Chennai are all set to help customers and speed up the process of repair work of vehicles damaged by flood. The company has rolled out a special toll free helpline number 0124-6628111 to cater specifically to customers in Chennai.

Nissan Motor India reached out to more than 8,000 customers in Chennai through SMS, emails and social media posts to inform them about the services and re-opening of workshops. They are helping customers through social media platforms by providing them with tips to avoid consequential damages which may not be covered under insurance. Dealers are also operating mobile vans to attend to customers at their residences.

Nissan will be organizing a service camp in Chennai soon inviting customers to reap the benefits of the same. The service camp will cover thorough check-up of the vehicles with additional discounts on Nissan Genuine Accessories. The company is providing additional space & technicians for speedy turnout of vehicles apart from giving top priority to parts supply for Chennai dealers.
