Only yesterday, we brought you the launch date of the of the new 2014 Honda City. Now, Team ICE have obtained some pictures of the variant wise feature list of the car, which made its world debut in India on November 25, this year.
Until now, the variants and the feature list of the car were not known, but thanks to the ICE folks, we have been able to bring you the same. The list found here is for the diesel City.
According to the pictures, the new Honda City diesel will be available in five variants– E, S, SV, V, VX. Every variant of the new Honda City diesel will get ABS, EBD and a driver airbag as standard. Dual front airbags will be offered on the SV, V and VX variants.
As some of you may know, the new Honda City will feature a touchscreen-controlled automatic AC system. Now, according to the list, this feature will be available only on the SV, V and VX models, while the base E and S variants will be equipped with a manual AC. Rear AC vents will also be available on the top three variants only.
Speaking about the steering, steering-mounted audio controls will be available on all variants, except the base E variant. The 8-speaker audio system will be available in the V and VX variants only, and the S and SV get a 4 speaker inbuilt audio system. Based on feedback, Honda has brought back the CD player. Reverse camera will be available in the V and VX.
Cruise control will be offered in the top three variants. Sunroof, leather upholstery, smart key, Pinch guard and Push button start will be VX exclusive features.
