Two-wheeler brand Aprilia has introduced a new colour option for its 150cc scooter, the SR150. While there is no official release about the launch of the new colour variant, the new paint option has already arrived at an dealership, which appeas to be Vasai’s Automax Automotive, located in Maharashtra. The new green colour option continues to sport the same graphics and the dual tone seat as the existing range of SR150 scooters.
This isn’t the first time that we’re seeing the new paint scheme. Previously, the 150cc scooter was spotted in four new colour options — Green, Silver, Light Blue and Dark Blue — in a warehouse. However, the photograph published by the source of the new report only captured the Green colour options.
The new green coloured variant will join the existing, Matte Black, Glossy White and SR150 RACE options that are already sold in the Indian market. The new colour options is aimed to boost the sales of the sporty, 150cc scooter.
Other features remain identical to the current range and you’d find steel frame structure, a twin pod analogue instrument cluster, front apron mounted twin-pod headlight, 14-inch tubeless tires, and a disc brake upfront. Mechanical details would continue to be the same and the scooter would use a 154.4cc four-stroke air-cooled carburetor engine that produces 10.4 bhp and 11.4 Nm of torque.
