As we’ve been reporting, the Indian subsidiary of Volvo has planned to launch the new S80 facelift in India. The new 2014 Volvo S80 India launch will happen tomorrow and here are all the details about the upcoming model.

It may be noted that the S80 is the oldest Volvo car in the Swedish automaker’s product portfolio for us and the the facelift should enable the design of the highly capable sedan to get in line with the design of latest models from Volvo Cars. For the S80, Volvo has put to use its ex-partner Ford’s architecture and engines. The new generation 2017 Volvo S80 though, will come with a new design and completely new mechanicals.
Cosmetic chances for the S80 include new set of bumpers, Daytime Running Lights (DRLs), new grille and more rounded taillights. The Volvo S80 facelift will also come with more features that would include “Sensus Connected Touch” infotainment system, Active High Beam Control, heated windscreen, and a heated steering wheel.
