Now, a Mercedes CLA 45 AMG has been spotted running on Indian roads, leading us to believe that the Mercedes CLA 45 AMG India launch could take place sooner than we earlier anticipated. Our guess is that the new Mercedes CLA 45 AMG India launch would take place around the advent of this year’s festive season.

The new Mercedes CLA 45 AMG is powered by a four pot, 2.0-liter, turbocharged, direct injection petrol engine that has a max power of 360bhp and a peak torque of 450Nm. The engine comes mated to a dual clutch 7-speed transmission, with the driver having the choice of three driving modes. Power is sent to all four wheels by the Mercedes 4MATIC system. The CLA45 AMG rides on 18 inch wheels shod with 235/40R18 rubber. As per the manufacturer, the Mercedes CLA 45 AMG can accelerate from zero to 100kmph in 4.5 seconds. The car has an electronically restricted top speed of 250 kmph.

Our guess is that the new Mercedes CLA45 AMG price in India would be pegged at around INR 35 lakhs figure.
