Just a day prior to its launch, the brochure for the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza has been leaked through spy images. The first spy image reveals the variant list as well as the colour options for the compact SUV while the second spy image reveals the specifications of the diesel engine, apart from the dimensions, suspension and brakes.
This upcoming compact SUV from Maruti Suzuki will come in an array of colour options depending upon the variant selected. The top of the line ZDi+ trim will be the only variant to receive the dual tone shade. The other variants on offer will include LDi, LDi (O), VDi, VDi (O), and ZDi.
Another spy image of the brochure reveals the engine specifications of the vehicle. The engine in question is the 1.3 litre DDiS 200, Fiat sourced, diesel engine that produces 89 hp of power at 4000 rpm and 200 Nm of torque at 1750 rpm. This engine will send power to the two wheel drive system with the help of a 5 speed manual transmission.

Also mentioned is the ARAI certified fuel economy, which says that the Vitara Brezza can return a class-leading efficiency of 24.3 km per litre. The dimensions, as mentioned in the spy image, measure 3,995 mm in length, 1,790 mm in width, 1,640 mm in height while the wheelbase stands at 2,500 mm. The LDi and VDi variants receive steel wheels with 205 section tyres while the ZDi and the ZDi+ receive alloy wheels with 215 section tyres. The top end variant is equipped features such as Apple CarPlay, reverse parking camera, projector headlamps with LED DRLs, a start stop button, and inbuilt navigation.
While bookings had already begun for the Vitara Brezza with an amount of Rs 21,000, it will be available for sale starting 21st March. Once launched, the Vitara Brezza will rival the Ford Ecosport and the Mahindra TUV300. The Vitara Brezza is expected to come with a price tag starting at Rs. 6 lakh.
