Mahindra Unveils Centuro and Pantero in Ahmedabad

Mahindra 2 Wheelers recently previewed its two new motorcycles, Centuro and Pantero, at Ahmedabad.

Designed completely in-house at the state-of-the-art Mahindra R&D Centre in Pune in a record 18 months, both these motorcycles are powered by the new MCi-5 engine that is manufactured at the Pithampur facility near Indore.

We have invested in building state-of-the-art R&D and manufacturing facilities. Today, we are pleased to unveil two new motorcycles – the Mahindra Pantero and the Mahindra Centuro. With highly intelligent and innovative features, they demonstrate our commitment to use advanced technology for meeting customer needs” said Anoop Mathur, President – Two Wheeler Sector and Member of the Group Executive Board, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

Also speaking on the occasion, Viren Popli, Executive Vice President – Strategy and Market Development, Mahindra Two Wheelers said “We are pleased to unveil Mahindra’s new range of motorcycles – the Mahindra Pantero and the Mahindra Centuro. Targeted at distinct customer segments, these motorcycles are strongly differentiated from other motorcycles in their class. Our motorcycles have a host of innovations, which have been made with a lot of thoughtfulness for our customer’s stated and unstated needs. Mahindra Centuro is the most advanced 110cc motorcycle in India with unique first to market features. With the Pantero and the Centuro, our customers will now have the choice of owning intelligent, `thinking machines’ from Mahindra”
