Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. have announced an entry into the Construction Equipment business with the launch of the Mahindra EarthMaster Backhoe Loader. The company has invested Rs 300 crore in the Construction Equipment business. The Mahindra EarthMaster is the project’s first product, is built at the company’s Chakan plant and is available at a price of Rs. 20,98,400.
The Mahindra EarthMaster comes with a 2 year unlimited hours warranty with a dedicated sales and service network for the Construction Equipment customers. This will include over 200 outlets, over 200 service vans to reach customers at their sites, 12 Area Offices, one central parts warehouse & 10 regional parts warehouses to supply dealers and a call center supporting nine languages.
The Mahindra EarthMaster is powered by Mahindra’s DITEC Engine, a compact 3.3 litre engine with 83PS of power. The EarthMaster comes with features like deluxe seat with arm rests, personal storage areas, a tool box, FM Radio to keep the operators comfortable even for long working hours.

I would suggest one to not buy this machine. We are using this machine for 3 years now. Technical data is good as per their sales team, and is now working for the past 3-5 days without any complaint or breakdown. After breakdown it is difficult to get it repaired and get the necessary parts. We have seen cases where it is impossible to resell, and if it is necessary, you have to sell at peanut prices.
