Mahindra Centuro launched with front disc brake at Rs. 51,300 (ex-showroom, Delhi)

Mahindra Two Wheelers has launched a new version of its 110cc commuter segment motorcycle – the Centuro. This time, the new variant of the Centuro comes equipped with a front disc brake. Apart from that addition, however, this Mahindra Centuro remains unchanged to the standard sibling.

 Just like on the standard variant, features on this new variant include a car-like key fob that gets an incorporated remote control and LED torch, ‘Find Me’ Lamps, ‘Guide Me Home’ Lamps, an engine immobiliser, LED pilot lamps and a white backlit semi-digital instrument console.

The engine on the disc brake variant remains unaltered.

The engine of the new variant remains the same MCI-5 air-cooled, 4-stroke, 106.7cc single cylinder unit. This motor produces 8.4bhp of max power at 7500 rpm and 8.5 Nm of torque at 5500 rpm, and comes paired to a 4-speed manual gearbox. The Mahindra Centuro’s fuel economy figure is rated at 85.4 km/l by ARAI and get from 0-60 km/h in less than 9 seconds. The disc brake version of the Centuro is priced at Rs. 51,300 (ex-showroom, Delhi.)
