Kawasaki will extend its Indian motorcycle portfolio with the introduction of the Z250 and ER-6n at an event in Wakdewadi, Pune. The ER-6n is the naked version of Kawasaki’s touring tool, the Ninja 650. At the heart of the ER-6n is the same engine that is found on the Ninja 650. The 649cc parallel twin-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled and fuel-injected unit puts out 71.1bhp of power and 63.7Nm of torque.
The styling of ER-6n makes it a perfect alternative for people who want the power of Ninja 650 but mostly commute in cities. The motorcycle has been very competitively priced at Rs 4.78 lakh (Ex-showroom) which would appeal to the cost conscious audience as well.
