Toyota Kirloskar Motors has launched the much discussed Toyota Etios Cross in India. The Toyota Etios Cross prices in India start at INR 5.76 lakh, ex showroom, Delhi and the new model goes on sale in two trim levels- G and V. - Toyota Etios Cross G (1.2 petrol)- Rs 5.76 lakh
- Toyota Etios Cross V (1.5 petrol) – Rs 7.35 lakh
- Toyota Etios Cross GD- Rs 6.9 lakh
- Toyota Etios Cross VD- Rs 7.40 lakh
Based on the Liva hatchback, the new model has the same ground clearance, wheelbase and turning radius. However, the Etios Cross carries several exterior design updates that work together to give it a more rugged appearance. Exterior design updates for the Etios Cross include —

The new Toyota Etios Cross goes on sale with as many as three engine options. While the entry level variants get a 1.2 litre four cylinder petrol engine that has a max power of 80 PS at 5,600 rpm and peak torque of 104 Nm at 3,100 rpm, the higher variant will get a 1.5-liter petrol motor that has a max power of 90 PS at 5,600 rpm and peak torque of 132 Nm of torque at 3,000 rpm. The diesel variant will be powered by a 1.4-liter oil burner that has a max power of 68 PS at 3,800 rpm and peak torque of 170 Nm between 1,800 and 2,400 rpm. All the engines will come mated to a five speed manual gearbox.
