Land Rover Discovery XXV Special Edition was recently unveiled to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the original launch of the versatile SUV.
First introduced back in 1989, the Discovery revolutionised the world of 4×4 SUVs. The blend of contemporary design, spacious and user-friendly interiors, unflinching capability and extreme versatility made it an instant hit. From there on, each new generation model consolidated the Disco’s position as the a very capable and versatile SUV.
As numerous intercontinental expeditions and market studies have proved, the Discovery is as comfortable taking on everyday journeys as it is tackling the harshest of the terrains. Sir Ranulph Fiennes used the original Discovery for his expedition to discover the Lost City of Ubar, while the Discovery 3 was used on the record holding London-Cape Town drive in 2013.
The new XXV special edition is based on the HSE Luxury variant and has distinctive external badging and a premium interior lined with Windsor leather.

Available in Causeway Grey, it features Narvik Black grille surrounds and mirror caps, and Dark Atlas features on the grille and fender vents. Silver full-length roof rails, body-coloured handles and a stainless steel bumper accessory tread plate complement the exterior.
