Regulars to Motoroids would remember that we recently posed spy pics and details of the upcoming 2014 Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake variant. Now, what we have here today is a speculative rendering of the upcoming XFR-S Sportbrake. It is being said that the XFR-S Sportbrake could make its public debut at the fast approaching 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show that would be held in September this year.

The upcoming Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake will be pitted against the 2014 Audi RS6 Avant and the likes. The spy pics that we have seen so far tell us that the Sportbrake variant of the XFR-S would come equipped with bigger alloy wheels, larger air intakes in front bumper, more powerful brake kit and a quad exhaust arrangement.

Powering the upcoming 2014 Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake would be a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 gasoline engine. This engine will have a max power output of 542 bhp (405 kW) and would develop a peak torque figure of 680 Nm (502 lb-ft). This engine is likely to come mated to a ZF sourced eight-speed gearbox that will enable the XFR-S Sportbrake to hit 100 km/h from standstill in less than 4.8 seconds. Top speed will be electronically limited to 300 kmph.

Stay tuned to Motoroids for more info on the upcoming 2014 Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake.
