Hyundai Motor India Ups Standard Safety Features on all Models

One of the leading players, Hyundai has taken a significant step in maximizing the safety of its customers. The carmaker has standardized the 3-point seatbelts and seat belt reminders for all the seats across its entire range.

This means that every occupant of every seat will now be protected with this crucial safety equipment. This depicts the peace of mind for drivers and passengers alike.

Safety Enhancements in Hyundai Cars

Hyundai is prioritizing safety with standardization and upgrades across its range of vehicles. The models like Verna, Tucson, Kona, Creta, Alcazar, and Ioniq 5 are equipped with 6-Airbags as a standard feature. In contrast, the Venue offers 4-Airbags on the majority of its variants and 6-Airbags on higher variants. The Grand i10 Nios and Aura are equipped with the 4-airbags as standard.

Additionally, the Creta and Alcazar boast upgraded standard safety features like Electronic Stability Control, Vehicle Stability Management, Hill-start Assist Control, and Rear Disc Brakes. Furthermore, Hyundai offers advanced safety technology like Level-2 ADAS features in a few cars. The brand has plans to expand this feature to other popular models in the future.

At Hyundai, we are committed to consistently elevating the safety standards of our product line-up and thus, in sync with Indian Government’s direction, we have upgraded our full range model line-up with 3-point seatbelts and seatbelt reminders for all seats as standard offerings. We firmly believe that Safety feature standardization will offer superior protection for our customers.”
