Hyundai Motor India Foundation (HMIF) recently unveiled the grantees of the much-anticipated ‘Art for Hope’ 2024.
This initiative, part of HMIF’s flagship Art Revival program, aims to create a vibrant platform for individuals, particularly focusing on youth, women, and local artists.
The announcement, made on January 22, 2024, brings forth 40 deserving grantees from various artistic disciplines, including Visual Art, Digital Arts, Performance Arts, Folk Traditional Arts, and Community Arts.

Unveiling the Vision: ‘Progress for Humanity’
In alignment with the global vision of ‘Progress for Humanity,’ the 3rd edition of ‘Art for Hope’ continues to make strides in democratizing access to the arts.
The winners were chosen from diverse artistic realms, showcasing the richness and diversity of India’s cultural tapestry.
Congratulating the winners, Mr. Puneet Anand, AVP & Vertical Head – Corporate Affairs, Hyundai Motor India Ltd., expressed his admiration for the boundless creativity witnessed each year through ‘Art for Hope.’
He emphasized Hyundai’s belief in the transformative power of art and the company’s commitment to providing a platform for artists to be celebrated. Mr. Anand stated, “It is a program to bridge the gap between dreams and reality by uplifting artists through grant support.”

Jury Panel and Selection Process
The 40 grantees were meticulously chosen by a distinguished jury panel, including industry experts and professionals.
The panel comprised Mr. Aditya Arya, Founder – Trustee and Director, Museo Camera Center for Photographic Arts; Ms. Kanchan Chander, Senior contemporary artist and printmaker; Ms. Seema Kohli, Senior contemporary artist, sculptor, and poet; Mr. Kranti Sambhav, Editor, Overdrive; and Mr. Raghuwanshi Pratap Singh, AVP & Vertical Head – Voice of Customer Group, National Service, Hyundai Motor India Ltd.
