Some other points

  •  The GT650N is termed as an Adult Only bike
  • The 250cc bikes should be cheaper & localized to a substantial extent and should hit the market by april. Engine assembly local
  • GT650N touted as a “tourer” and not a street fighter!
  • 24×7 Emergency service support for battery jump, fuel delivery, lost key support, towing, transfer, taxi drop, 0% depreciation
  • 14 dealership all across the country in 6 months
  • 25acre plant bhoomi poojan done 15 days ago
  • Arjun Rampal was the first customer for Hyosung
  • Garware to bring the entire Hyosung range to India

After being trumped by Bajaj-Kawasaki on pricing for the Ninja 650R, pitted against their GT650R, Hyosung have gone back to the war room and redrawn some maps. The company plans to get back into contention in the 650cc market with the launch of a cheaper variant of the GT650. The naked version of the fully faired GT650R, namely GT650N will be launched in an event at Mumbai today. In all probability, Hyosung will undercut the Ninja650R by some margin. Expect the price to be in the region of Rs 4 to 4.2 lakh, though no official statement has been made by the Korean bikemaer in this regard yet. We’re absolutely loving this carnage in the 650cc segment as ultimately it’s the enthusiast who’s finally getting to smile.

As you would expect, we would be there at the launch and will bring to you the pricing, images and other announcements from Hyosung deferred Live from the launch event.  So stay tuned.
