Hero MotoCorp has silently launched the i3S variant of its 125cc commuter, the Super Splendor. The motorcycle, which comes with alloy wheels and self-start, has been priced at INR 55,275 (ex-showroom Delhi). The motorcycle, save for the i3S badge and the i3S switch, looks identical to the standard Super Splendor.
Mechanically, the Super Splendor i3S draws 9 bhp of power at 7,000 rpm and 10.35 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm from its 124.7 cc air cooled engine. The engine comes mated to a 4 speed transmission. With the i3S technology, the engine shuts down when idling and turns back ON when when you press the clutch.

The motorcycle is available in the following colour options :
- Black with Electric Purple
- Candy Blazing Red
- Graphite Black
- Vibrant Blue
- Black with Fiery Red
