Hero MotoCorp has launched the much-anticipated motorcycle of the year, the Hero Mavrick 440, available in three variants – Base, Mid, and Top. The motorcycles are priced at ₹199,000 (Base), ₹214,000 (Mid), and ₹224,000 (Top) respectively, with prices being Ex-Showroom pan-India.
The company is also introducing a ‘Welcome to Mavrick Club Offer’ for customers who book the Mavrick 440 before 15th March. These customers will receive a customised Mavrick Kit of Accessories & Merchandise worth ₹10,000.
Design and Features
The Mavrick 440 boasts a distinctive bold and assertive design. It features a muscular fuel tank, metal body parts, interactive telematics instruments, and wide handlebars. The motorcycle is equipped with an all LED lighting setup, including round LED projector headlights and daytime running lights, providing both style and safety.
Performance
The Mavrick 440 is powered by an air-cooled with oil cooler 2V single-cylinder 440cc ‘TorqX’ engine with electronic fuel injection. The engine delivers 27 bhp @ 6000 rpm and a torque of 36 Nm @ 4000 rpm. Over 90% of the peak torque is accessible from just 2000 rpm, ensuring a smooth ride for city commuting and highway journeys. The motorcycle features a 6-speed transmission with a slip-and-assist clutch.
Comfort and Safety
The Mavrick 440 features roadster ergonomics with an upright riding position, a spacious seat, ample legroom, and optimized grab-rails. The motorcycle is equipped with 17-inch wheels at the front and rear, a ground clearance of 175mm, and a high-performance brake system.
Interactive Telematics Features
The Mavrick 440 comes with a digital speedometer with negative display, offering features such as phone battery status, missed call alert, Bluetooth message alert, incoming call alert, turn-by-turn navigation, low fuel indicator, RTMi display, and distance to empty.
The Mavrick 440 will be available in five colour options across the three variants. The base version is available in Arctic White, the mid variant in Celestial Blue and Fearless Red, and the top variant in Phantom Black and Enigma Black.
