Tata Motors sales at 47,573 in February 2017

Tata Motors’ passenger and commercial vehicle total sales (including exports) in February 2017 stood at 47,573 vehicles, higher by 2% over 46,674 vehicles sold in February 2016. The company’s domestic sales of Tata commercial and passenger vehicles for February 2017 were at 42,679 units, higher by 3%, over 41,532 units, in February 2016. Cumulative sales (including exports) of the company for the fiscal was at 485,415 units, higher by 6% over 458,648 vehicles, sold last year.


Hyundai Motor India registers cumulative sales of 52,734 Units

Hyundai Motor India registered domestic sales of 42,327 units (vs 40,716 units in February 2016) and exports of 10,407 units (vs 9,013 units in February 2016) with cumulative sales of 52,734 units (vs 49,729 units in February 2016) for the month of February 2017.


Mahindra’s Auto Sector Sells 42,714 vehicles during February 2017 vs 44,002 vehicles in February 2016

Mahindra & Mahindra’s auto sales performance for February 2017 stood at 42,714 vehicles compared to 44,002 vehicles during February 2016. The Passenger Vehicles segment (which includes UVs, Cars and Vans) sold 20,605 vehicles in February 2017 as against 23,718 vehicles during February 2016. The company’s domestic sales stood at 40,414 vehicles during February 2017, as against 41,348 vehicles during February 2016. Exports for February 2017 stood at 2,300 vehicles while MHCVs have registered an impressive growth of 49% at 716 vehicles during February 2017.


Honda Cars India registers 9.4% growth in domestic sales in February 2017

Honda Cars India registered monthly domestic sales of 14,249 units in February 2017 against 13,020 units in the corresponding month last year, registering a growth of 9.4%. New Honda City 2017 launched in February received an overwhelming response from the market, crossing 10,000 bookings in the first month of its launch.
