2026 Mahindra Scorpio N Launched From Rs 13.69 Lakh

After multiple testing in camouflage, undisguised sightings, Mahindra has officially launched the 2026 Scorpio N in India. It gets several cabin and safety additions. Prices start at Rs 13.69 lakh for the Z2 petrol manual and reach Rs 25.49 lakh for the top diesel automatic 4WD. All prices are ex-showroom.

There are 31 variants with petrol and diesel engines, manual and automatic gearboxes, plus 2WD and 4WD choices. The top Z8L can be had with six or seven seats.

The highest price of Rs 25.49 lakh applies to the Z8L seven-seater diesel automatic with 4WD.

More Equipment In The Cabin

The dashboard gets a 12.3-inch floating HD touchscreen with physical shortcut buttons. A 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster replaces the older analogue setup and offers three display layouts with navigation support.

The new Z8S brings several useful features at a lower price.

The Z8T gets 18-inch alloys, ventilated front seats, a six-way electric driver seat, a 12-speaker Sony audio system, front parking sensors and an electronic parking brake.

Sunroof And ADAS

The Z8L brings the biggest additions. It gets a panoramic Skyroof, a 540-degree surround view camera, Blind View Monitor and Level 2 ADAS. These features help during parking and add driver assistance on the road.

Powertrain Choices

Mahindra has retained the 2.0-litre turbo petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engines. Both can be paired with six-speed manual or automatic transmissions, depending on the variant. Selected diesel versions also get Shift-on-Fly 4WD and a locking differential.

The Scorpio N continues with its ladder-frame platform and keeps features such as dual-zone safety systems, traction control and drive modes on selected variants. It also has 19/17-inch wheel sizes depending on the version.

Verdict

The 2026 Scorpio N is a feature-heavy update. The new screens, panoramic roof, camera system and ADAS give the SUV a more premium package. With its wide price range, buyers have more choices for different budgets and needs.
