In a segment first, Ferrari has introduced a genuine Maintenance Programme spanning seven years. The unique programme will cover all scheduled maintenance for the car, for the first seven year irrespective of the mileage clocked. The cars that would be included in the programme are – the Ferrari California, Ferrari 458 Italia and FF.
The programme will cover the maintenance items which are mentioned in the vehicle’s service schedule and would be trasferable. This means that if the owner of the vehicle sells it to someone else, the new owner would also be able to avail the benefits of the programme.
The step is a bold and pioneering one and may lead to similar programmes being rolled out by other exotic carmakers such as Lamborghini and Aston Martin too.
