EBLU Electric 3-Wheeler Launching Early December

Godawari Electric Motors Pvt Ltd, a startup based in Chhattisgarh is planning to dive into the electric three-wheeler space in December this year.

Incorporated on the 30th of October 2019, the company is involved in the manufacturing of coachwork for motor vehicles, trailers, and semi-trailers.

Godawari Electric Motors (EBLU) plans to roll out the electric three-wheeler in December from its upcoming manufacturing facility in Raipur. The company is also looking to expand its lineup and will be launching an e-cycle, e-scooter, and e-loader by end of this financial year.

The highlight of their new product is its tough build thanks to its body panels being made completely of DCPD material. This is a new plastic technology offering a wide range of benefits. As this material is impact resistant and rust-proof, it has been termed as ‘virtually unbreakable’ making the vehicle strong enough to perform even in harsh conditions.

Recently, the company has also received a patent for the DCPD Material. With the use of such material, the company’s new three-wheeler will get a car-like paint finish along with proper fitting of the panels thus ensuring the longevity of the vehicle.

The company had announced last year that it will be investing up to Rs 150 crore for setting up an EV manufacturing plant in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The company’s manufacturing plant will be inaugurated in the next quarter as the company plans its foray into the EV retail space.
