As already known, the upcoming 2014 Vista project has been internally codenamed as the Falcon 4 and the car will make its debut at the eagerly awaited 2014 Auto Expo, which will take place in early February this year. This means that there are good chances that the comprehensively updated Vista will hit the showrooms by the second quarter this year.

The Vista facelift will sport a set of new bumpers, that will make it slightly longer than the current model. Also, the car will come equipped with a set of new headlamps, which will be projector units in the high end model and make the car’s front end look similar to the one on the Manza hybrid concept, which made its debut at the last Expo. The tail lights, visible in the pic, are also slightly redesigned. The registration plate housing too would change its earlier location and will move upwards and on to the rear hatch.

Tata has worked on certain areas of the interiors of the car.The main change in the new Vista will be the redesigned dashboard. The meter console is now placed at its right place, behind the steering wheel. The dials look contemporary and the silver finishing give it a upmarket feel. The cup holders are new and the empty space in the centre console will house a new infotainment system, which will include a reverse camera display. The steering wheel is also new and is black, a change from the older vista.
