The free app is currently available on iOS and Android platforms offering variety of features and assistance on a fingertip of users during travelling. With smartphones becoming the primary device to access the internet, CEAT is confident that this app shall add immense value to consumers on the move and help the company build enduring relationships with its customers.
In terms of features, the app provides access to crucial, on-the-go information including tyre care and safe driving tips that will help riders to enhance the safety of their ride. Besides this, users can browse through CEAT products, or avail geo-location services that will track the nearest CEAT dealers, petrol pump, cinema, coffee Shop or ATMs. Additional features also include prompt access to CEAT’s customer care and also a service that helps one to set vehicle maintenance reminder on the phone. Cricket fans can also get immediate information on the top players in world cricket via the CEAT Cricket Rating segment in the app.
