BMW has recently launched the X1 in india. The compact SUV has taken the premium car market by storm by witnessing unprecedented bookings. Now it seems that BMW is preparing the M version of the SUV. Although there is no official confirmation, the images of what looks like the M version of the car are doing the rounds on the internet. As only cosmetic changes are visible, and one cannot be sure about the mechanical alterations. However, there is good likelihood of this car being the X1 M.
The more aggressive bumpers, muscular wheel arches and a front spoiler hints at a more potent mill under the bonnet. It may well just be an M kit, and not a performance upgrade.
M badges are visible on various parts of the car, including the door sills. There are newly included side skirts, and the wheel size also seems to have gone up. From the inside, the cabin looks sportier with sporty seats, leather upholstery and a better steering wheel.
