BMW is launching its highly anticipated all-new X3 today in Pune. We are at the launch and will cover the event live for you. BMW is also streaming the launch event live. You can see the launch live via the video window below. The webcast should start at 12:30 pm
BMW has already started the bookings for its all-new X3, and most of the details are already out on the company’s Indian site, except for the price.
The X3 in India will be made available only with diesel engine. There will be a BMW xDrive 30d powered by a 3.0-liter diesel engine producing 258bhp and 560 Nm. The enegine would be mated to a eight speed steptronic transmission. The car is claimed to be capable of accelerating from naught to 100km/h in 6.2 seconds flat.
Another variant of the X3 would be xDrive 20d powered by an inline 4 diesel engine with 184bhp of power and 380Nm of torque. Transmisssion duties here will be taken care of again by an eight speed steptronic again.
The new X3 apart from the impeccable BMW drive train and handling will boast of the following features:
