BMW has finally revealed the topless M4 Cabrio after a ling wait, The open-top BMW M4 Cabrio features a three-section folding metal roof that takes a little under 20 seconds to open and close and can be activated at speeds up to 11mph (18kph).
Powering the Cabrio is a 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder engine which churns out 425 bhp (317 kW) and 406 lb-ft (550 Nm) of torque which is transferred to the wheels via the six-speed manual or optional seven-speed M Double Clutch Transmission. The M4 Cabrio has a fuel consumption figure of up to 32.5 mpg (8.7 liters/km) while CO2 emissions are rated at 204g/km.
The M4 Cabrio is equipped with a range of M developed technologies including Active M Differential, M compound brakes, a M-tuned electromechanical steering system and M carbon ceramic brakes with gold-painted calipers. Additionally, the Adaptive M suspension can be set in three different modes (Comfort, Sport & Sport+).The Cabrio sprints from standstill to 60 mph in a mere 4.2 seconds before hitting an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km).
The 2015 BMW M4 Cabrio price for the United States is pegged at $73,425.
