BMW G 310R official riding video is now out : Do you like it?

BMW G 310 R (K03)

After revealing the images of its all new G 310 R sub-500cc roadster as a Diwali gift, BMW Motorrad has now released the official video of the India bound motorcycle. Designed and developed by BMW Motorrad in Munich, but to be produced in India in association with TVS, the new G 310R will bring the hitherto inaccessible BMW brand closer to the mainstream audience.

Inspired purportedly by the S1000RR, albeit without the asymmetrical design, the new G 310 R, according to the  official statement “embodies the pure essence of a BMW roadster and is neither too little nor too much of anything.”

The new G 310 R will draw power from a newly developed 313cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine with four valves and two overhead camshafts together with electronic fuel injection. The 80 mm bore and the 62.1 mm stroke develops a praiseworthy 34 hp of power at 9,500 rpm and 28Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm. The power-to-weight ratio is healthy too with the unladen weight of the motorcycle tipping the scale at 158.5 kilograms.

You can read all about the new motorcycle in our detailed report here

PS: We don’t like that exhaust one bit, though we can’t expect a single to sound any better anyway
