Auto Expo 2014 LIVE: New Mahindra Mojo and Mojo Race version Images & Details

Alongside the new updates Mahindra Mojo, the bike maker has also come up with the Mojo Race Version. As can be made out on comparing the above two images, the Mahindra Mojo Race Version doesn’t sport the two horizontal golden bars and comes draped in tradition Mahindra racing livery. The aforementioned horizontal bars have been painted in black and hance, gel in with the frame.

So far, Mahindra Two Wheelers have refrained from divulging details on the new motorcycle but safely expect us to update you with more info once we manage to dig out some dope. However, from previous revealtions and announceents, we know that powering the Mahindra Mojo is a 300cc, single cylinder, fuel injected engine that is lokely to have a max power of around 32 bhp. Unlike the Mojo prototype that was showcased at the 2012 Auto Expo, the latest version is powered by an engine that is completely developed by Mahindra Two Wheelers.

Nothing really is known about the new Mahindra Mojo 300 race version but it is safe to expect that the Mahindra Mojo race version would be more powerful than the regular variant and is likely to boast of a stiffer suspension setup for better handlig.

Talking about the suspension, the new Mahindra Mojo 300 will boast of upside down telescopic forks up front and a monoshock at the rear.The bike would sport a sticky set of tires and petal disc brakes on both wheels

The Mahindra Mojo 300 is definitely taking a long time coming to us. From the general reaction of several bike aficionados, it can be made out that the excitement surrounding the Mahindra Mojo 300 launch has taken quite a hit and we believe that it will take Mahindra really something to re-capture the imagination of Indian performance bikers.
