Audi expanded its reach near the financial capital of the country with a new dealership in Thane. Audi Thane, the German car maker’s seventh showroom in Maharashtra is also the first-ever luxury car showroom to be opened by any luxury car manufacturer in the area.
The Audi Thane showroom was inaugurated by Joe King, Head, Audi India and Gautam Modi, Dealer Principal, Audi Thane (Krishiv Motors Pvt Ltd.). Bollywood actor and Audi enthusiast, Ileana D’Cruz was also present at the inauguration. Audi Thane will also become the biggest Audi workshop in Mumbai region with a service capacity of 40 cars per day.
Joe King said that Maharashtra is increasingly becoming an important business hub for Audi with theever-rising demand for luxury cars. Seven showrooms spread across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, and now Thane will add to the success story of Audi in the Western region of India. These emerging towns of Maharashtra are displaying an increasing appetite for Audi cars and are the new hubs of luxury.
