Mahindra and Mahindra has launched the 2017 version of the Scorpio Adventure edition in India with prices starting at INR 13.09 lakh for the 4×2 variant and INR 14.2 lakh for the 4×4 variant (all prices, ex-showroom, Delhi). The Scorpio Adventure edition will be available in limited numbers although the number of units available for purchase has not been specified.
Visual updates to the exterior of the Scorpio Adventure edition over the standard model include a Mist Silver and White dual tone paintjob with ‘Adventure’ decals, alloy wheels finished in a shade of gun-metal, ORVMs with turn indicators and smoked tail lamps.

Inside, the Scorpio Adventure edition comes equipped with dual-tone blue fabric and black faux leather seat upholstery and a few other leather wrapped parts such as the steering wheel, arm-rests and gear lever. Also on offer is an Adventure badge on the dashboard and a rear view camera. Based on the top-end S10 trim, the model comes with standard features such as a six inch touchscreen AVN display, multi-function steering wheel, ABS and dual airbags.
There have been no changes to the engine and hence the Mahindra Scorpio Adventure edition continues to source power from the 2.2-litre four cylinder turbocharged mHawk diesel engine that capable of producing 120 bhp at 4000 rpm and 280 Nm of torque between 1800-2800 rpm. This engine comes mated to a five speed transmission.
