The 2014 Jeep Cherokee features a modern exterior styling package that should appeal to a wide range of audience. The front fascia comes with the trademark Jeep seven slot grill and has its headlamps placed just above the bumper. The car gets two more pair of lights with the aux lamps and the fog lamps placed just above and below the headlights respectively. The car gets a hint of bling with chrome garnishing on grill & air dam and DRLs.

Jeep hasn’t yet revealed the rear end of the new car. However, a spy pic of the car’s rear has surfaced on the web world and it can be seen that the car comes with horizontally placed tail lamps, exhaust tips integrated into the rear bumper registration plate housing on the bumper. From what can be made out from the pic, the car gets a high loading lip and it remains to be seen if this would pose as a problem for the users of the new car.

Jeep hasn’t yet revealed the engine options but it is being said that the 2014 Jeep Cherokee will be about 45% more fuel efficient than the Liberty. There have been rumours suggesting that the engine options on offer would be a 2.4 litre TigerShark petrol, a 3.2 litre Pentastar V6 petrol and a 2.0 litre diesel motor.
