Ford has showcased the Figo Concept compact sedan at the Auto Expo 2014The production version of the new Ford Figo Concept will go on sale next year. The new Ford Figo Concept compact sedan will spawn a sub 4m production sibling and as per Ford, the new car will “meet the needs of the competitive B segment in India”.
Ford says that the new car has been subjected to “hundreds of hours” of wind-tunnel testing and this has lead to reduced wind noise and better fuel efficiency, all due to the low co-efficient of drag.

While nothing is known about the equipment that the production model will boast of, Ford has stated that the car’s flexible architecture prevents the electrically adjustable ORVMs from breaking.
