GRID 2 Mono Edition: A $190000 game that gets you a BAC Mono sportscar

Grid 2-BAC MONO

It has emerged that Codemasters has announced its plans of coming up with a one-off GRID 2: Mono Edition, which can be yours for $190,000 “only”!

Now, before you decide to laugh at us or the makers of the Mono Edition, allow us to add that the buyer also gets a BAC Mono, which comes with a paint scheme that matches the game’s packaging artwork.

Powering the Mono is a naturally-aspirated 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine that has a max power output of 280 bhp and a peak torque of 280 Nm. The car can accelerate from standstill to 96kmph in 2.8 seconds and has a top whack of 273 kmph.

The buyer of GRID 2:Mono Edition also gets a BAC factory tour, a GRID 2: Mono Edition Bell Racing helmet and PlayStation 3. All this, other than a race suit, boots and gloves.

According to BAC Mono Project Director Neill Briggs, “BAC is immensely proud and excited at the release of GRID 2: Mono Edition; a game which offers an opportunity for one lucky person to own a truly unique supercar.”
