Maruti Suzuki has announced the launch of a new variant of the Celerio in India. The model, christened as the Celerio Limited Edition, will be available in the VXi and ZXi trims of the hatchback. The new variant has been launched in India and will cost INR 11,990 over the and above the cost of the trim chosen.
The Celerio Limited Edition, which will will be available in both, manual and automatic (AGS) transmissions, receives a set of visual updates to the interior and exterior as well as a few new features on the inside. Up-front, the Celerio Limited Edition now receives a chrome garnish for the headlight and fog lamp while at the rear, the model features a reverse parking sensor, chrome garnish for the tail lamp and tail gate. On either side, the Limited Edition Celerio features body moulding, door visors, body graphics and a chrome garnish for the windows.

Inside, the Maruti Suzuki Celerio Limited Edition comes equipped with features such as new seat covers, steering wheel cover, ambient lighting and a tissue box in the centre console. The model, as we mentioned earlier, can also be had in the AGS variant.
Engine specifications on the model remain unchanged and hence the Maruti Suzuki Celerio Limited Edition continues to draw power from the 1.0-litre petrol engine. This 998 cc three cylinder motor is capable of producing 91 hp at 6000 rpm and 90 Nm of torque at 3500 rpm.
