It has emerged that VW owned popular Czech automaker Skoda will soon come up with two new crossovers to be positioned below the Yeti. One of these is being called as the Skoda Polar and will be launched in 2015. The Skoda Polar would be a little more than 4 metres long and will target the Nissan Juke and Renault Duster. It is further being said that, just like the Yeti, the Polar will have a soft styling and won’t be ‘monstrous’ to look at.
Underpinning the Polar will be the much publicized MQB platform and the car would offer the option of an AWD system.
