The Ford Mustang GT is already sold out in India for 2016, and it’s not hard to fathom out the reason. With unmatched street presence fueled by the brand’s rich, 52-year old heritage, 400-odd horsepower from its 5.0-litre V8 petrol engine ready to shred its rear tires,  and a INR 65 lakhs (ex-showroom New Delhi) price tag, the new Ford Mustang GT is a bit of a bargain. So much so, that you’ll still  have some money left to modify your pony with after-market visual and performance enhancements.

And that’s exactly what a discerning owner has done. While the Mustang’s stock exhaust system is loud enough in full chat, the owner of this particular Mustang had it replaced with a Borla performance exhaust system, which has made it sound even more hairy chested than before. The Mustang in question is also wrapped in gunmetal grey with contrasting red stripes, and is accompanied by a Porsche 911 (991) Carrera GTS wrapped in Tiffany Blue; both done up by Daljit Auto Design (D.A.D.), a Mumbai based automotive customization house.

In stock guise, the Mustang GT sprints from 0 to 100 kph in a mere 4.5 seconds, and on to a top speed of 250 km/h. Power is sent to the rear wheels using a six-speed automatic transmission with shift paddles on the steering wheel. [Disclaimer: We at Motoroids do not endorse speeding on public roads]
