TVS Motor Company today launched its Scooty Zest 110 in Maharashtra. The TVS Scooty Zest 110 comes with fresh and modern styling, replete with new graphics and colours. It features a 109.7 cc engine that does a 0-60 kmph in a mere 11.1 seconds and should be a nifty tool to cover distances within the city.
The styling of the TVS Scooty Zest 110 follows a design language that is easy on the eye, looks fresh, invokes an expression of freedom, which a lot of young girls will naturally connect to. The Scooty Zest 110 promises best-in-class maneuverability, ergonomics, ride & handling geometry and comes fitted with tubeless tyres. The manufacturer promises comfortable seating, which will be delivered by a broader and longer double stitched seat. Suspension up front is telescopic, while a hydraulic mono shock rear spring suspension does duty at the rear. The Scooty provides best-in-class under-seat storage capacity of 19 litres and yet remains among the most compact scooters in its category.
Features on the scooter include a back-lit speedometer, new LED tail lamps, new twilight lamps, a textured floor board, all new painted switch panels, new leaf shaped mirrors and a new compact muffler with stainless steel guard. The Scooty Zest 110 also gets retractable bag hooks and under seat hooks. A highly useful feature is a novel open glove box where the rider can keep her small artefacts.
The Scooty 110 returns a mileage of 62 kmpl, under simulated test conditions as per TVS Motor standards. The scooter is equipped with a TVS patented econometer and a long idling indicator which helps the rider obtain maximum mileage. Other features include a parking brake, patented EaZy centre stand, bigger and brighter head lamp, an auto choke and easy kick start.
