Watch Out For These New Car Launches Before The End Of 2021!

This year has proved to be very fruitful for the automobile industry. The pandemic and shortage of semiconductors took a toll on the market in 2019-2020. But today, the auto market is hotter than ever. From new cars to facelifted models, and EVs to flying concept cars; the race between brands is only favorable to the buyers. More than one hundred upcoming cars will be launched in the Indian market, in a span of three years (2021-2023). Although 2021 is nearing its end, it still has some amazing cars to offer. Here are the five upcoming cars ready to hit the Indian roads before the year ends:

Audi Q5 Facelift

The Audi Q5 gets some major changes in the looks department. The new front bumper and the bigger yet slim grille give it a nimble and dominating look. At the back, the changes are a bit subtler and point towards the traditional Q-series look. The car also gets a host of features including a new 10.1-inch touch screen and the latest infotainment package (MIB 3). The new Q5 is powered by a 2.0L turbo-petrol engine that puts out 245PS of power and 370Nm of torque. This engine is coupled with a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox and also offers Quattro all-wheel-drive. The Audi Q5 facelift is slated to launch on 23rs November

Porsche Taycan

The Porsche Taycan is an electric supercar. The car has a minimalistic look, that carries a sense of sophistication with it. Upfront the car looks stunning with its dipping nose design and quad-LED DRLs. At the back, it gets the traditional insanely slim taillights connected with a single-led stripe. Taycan is available in four variants, with the base variant offering 408PS of power and 344Nm of torque, while the top-spec Turbo S variant offers a whopping 761PS of power and 1050Nm of torque. The Porsche Taycan is supposed to launch on the 12th of November.

Porsche Macan Facelift

The Macan gets only slight design changes, with a new front spoiler and a new black diffuser for the rear. On the inside, the car gets a new steering wheel offering more features than the previous generation. Talking about features the car also gets Park Assist. Under the hood, the car gets two new engines, a 2.0L turbo petrol, and a 2.9L twin-turbo V6 petrol engine mated to a 7-speed Dual-clutch gearbox and also offers all-wheel-drive. The Macan facelift is slated to launch on 12 November with the Porsche Taycan.

 Audi Q7 Facelift

The Q7 facelift gives some subtle yet impactful changes to the design of the car. Upfront, the grille now has vertical chrome lines instead of horizontal as in the previous generation model. The back also gets some chrome treatment for the tailgate and the exhaust tips. The new and bigger alloy wheels also add to the looks of the car. The car is a mild-hybrid with a 3.0L engine that puts out 340PS of power and 500Nm of torque coupled to a 48-volt mild-hybrid system. The Q7 facelift will launch before the end of this year.

Volkswagen Tiguan Facelift

The VW Tiguan gets some big changes with the 2021 facelift. The biggest of them being the engine the car now offers only a petrol motor. A 2.0L four-cylinder turbo petrol that puts out 190hp of power and 320Nm of torque. The design and interior also get an upgrade. The car now looks leaner as compared to the bulky design of the old model. On the interior, the car gets a completely new steering wheel and instrument cluster. The HVAC controls have also been brought up to speed. The VW Tiguan is also supposed to be launched in November.
