Renault has launched its updated new Lodgy Stepway range. The MPV gets 16 new enhancements to its exteriors and interiors. Renault has launched the Lodgy Stepway range at an introductory price of INR 9.43 Lakh (ex-Delhi) and claims that it’s the most well equipped MPV in this price range.

On the outside, the new Lodgy Stepway gets a front grille with shiny studs and fog lamps. The MPV gets new 16” Panache Metal Alloy wheels as an aesthetic enhancement. The car also gets stylish dark metal finish roof rails and STEPWAY decal above the front fender.
On the inside, the new Lodgy Stepway gets 7 & 8 seating options in Gris Fume and Beige Alpaga leather blended upholstery. The car gets 2nd and 3rd row smart-sense AC for all 3 rows while the driver’s seat is 8–way adjustable. Other convenient features include electrically adjustable ORVMs, central locking with keyless entry, headlight turn on reminder, and 12V charging sockets across 3 rows for both drivers and passengers. The Lodgy also comes with an on-board trip computer with helps one to keep track of outside ambient temperature, average fuel economy, and instantaneous fuel economy, distance to empty and average speed.
The updated Lodgy Stepway gets a new Gear Shift indicator to allow optimum gear engagement at all speeds. In its newest avatar the Lodgy also gets a 7” touch screen MediaNAV console with AUX, USB and Bluetooth compatibility. The car also gets rear parking sensors with camera.
As before, the Lodgy offers 56 combinations of seat versatility and smart storage space for all 3 rows. The 3rd row can be folded easily or even removed to accommodate extra luggage. The car comes with a boot space of 207 litres with all three rows up, expandable to 1861 litres. To top it all, the Stepway range comes with a premium two-tone dashboard bearing piano black centre fascia with chrome surround.
The new Renault Lodgy Stepway range will be available in both 85 PS and 110 PS and in 5 variants including RxL 85 PS & 110 PS and RxZ 85 PS & 110 PS (available in 7 & 8 seater options). The Lodgy Stepway is available in 6 colours – Pearl White, Moonlight Silver, Planet Grey, Royal Orchid and the latest additions being Slate Grey and Fiery Red.
Safety features on the Lodgy Stepway include ABS with EBD and Brake Assist, front driver and passenger airbags, rear wiper, washer and defogger available from RXL Stepway variant onwards. The car also gets cruise control with speed limiter as a convenience feature.
Renault is offering the Lodgy Stepway with 3CARE, which includes 3 years of warranty (up to 60,000 kms), 3 years of Road Side Assistance (up to 60,000 Kms) and 3 years of Periodic Maintenance Service (up to 30,000 Kms). All this will be offered at a cost starting at INR 22,142.
