1. Mahindra Thar 5-door

Mahindra is one of the most prominent SUV makers in the market. Now, the brand is on the verge of launching the most awaited 5-door version of Thar in the market. The new Thar 5-door is expected to retain many of the design elements from the 3-door sibling. However, the brand will tweak the dimensions, length, and wheelbase and a new rear door will be added. Additionally, the new Thar 5-door will feature a slew of minor cosmetic tweaks and more practicality.

It will be powered by the 2.0L M-Stallion Turbo petrol and 2.2L M-hawk engine. While the petrol produces 152ps and 320nm, the diesel churns out 130hp and 300nm of torque. The transmission duties will be done by a 6-Speed Manual and Automatic Gearbox along with a 4×4 drivetrain system. It is expected that Mahindra will introduce the Thar 5-door by the next year 2024.
